Birth Preference Plan
Before you arrive for the labor and delivery of your baby, please fill out and print your personalized Birth Preference Plan and discuss it with your physician. Please also bring a copy with you to the hospital and share it with your nurse upon arrival at the Maternal Child Health Unit. We know that you may change your mind about your plan or preferences as labor progresses, and that is OK!
