    Stillwater Medical employees are proud of our leadership team! Administration keeps us updated with employee forums throughout the year. Our CEO, Denise Webber, creates monthly communication videos to keep staff informed of wins, important events, and other activities. Our leaders throughout the organization attend a quarterly Leadership Development Institute to ensure our staff has well-trained leadership teams to help patients continue to receive excellent care.

    We offer education assistance to both full-time and part-time employees. We award Nursing scholarships, as well as other scholarships through the Stillwater Medical Foundation. We support staff professionalism in obtaining certifications in their specialties. Multiple departments also offer career ladders for development.

  • WE HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY

    We offer the latest in technology so that our patients can receive advanced medical care close to home: MR-Linac, Da Vinci XI surgical robot, hyperbaric chambers, state-of-the-art PET/CT, duel-head gamma camera for Nuclear Medicine, 512-slice CT, 3T MRI, 3D Mammo, Xenex robots to assist with cleaning, and numerous other advancements.

  • OUR DEDICATION TO WELLNESS

    We offer discounted gym memberships at our Fitness facility – Total Health. Participation in our Employee Wellness Program offers insurance premium discounts and Paid-Time-Off incentives. We have a dedicated RN Health Coach for employees and family members, and free tobacco cessation counseling and products.

  • FINANCIAL STABILITY AND GROWTH

    We are one of the few community-owned hospitals that have EBITDA margins that have averaged 13.0% over the past five years. Our balance sheet is very strong with over 180 days cash on hand and a very low debt load. We are also the second largest employer in Stillwater, and we continue to grow our number of staff annually. We opened our Cancer Center in Jan 2019 and the new Heart & Vascular Institute in 2020, serving our city and surrounding communities with exceptional and compassionate care. In 2024, we completed construction and opened our new and renovated 100,000+ square feet surgical suites and Women’s Center.

  • COMMUNITY

    In 2021, our employees helped raise over $100K for the United Way. Stillwater Medical gives $9K in Wellness Grants each year to community groups. Organizationally, we gave well over $18.5M in charity care in 2021. We sponsor and raise money for Relay for Life, the March of Dimes, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Saville Center, CASA, and many other organizations.
