Following our vision to be the provider of choice in our region and setting the standard for quality care and patient satisfaction, we employ the values of compassion, mutual trust, and cooperation to be the foundation of our services.
We recognize the benefits of home health extend beyond the patient to the family members and caregivers who are invested in the wellbeing of the patient. Many times, our biggest compliments come from those individuals who are in the support role. We can help them find relief from the many responsibilities while still being invested in the patient’s quality of life. Below, a few of our patients and their family members share their experiences.
- "Many, many thanks to each of you who helped me recover from my pelvic fracture. I saw Stephanie, Roman, and Ciera most often but I am so grateful to each and every one of you for your very able assistance. Thank you so much for your smiles, conversation, and encouragement. I am happy to report my pain is less and my mobility is greater! I am trying to carry on your great work!" Mary S. -May 2017
- "Prior to his illness, my husband had hoped to be able to safely swallow again, but once he realized this would not be able to be done safely, he was fixated on his next goal: to regain enough strength to be able to play a full round of golf. He not only met this goal but was able to break 100! Daniel Brown was phenomenal. He responded quickly with ordering of lab and adjusting the tube feedings. The communication was great. The home health team worked well together to help him meet his goals." SB -March 2017
- "Recently my wife of 68 years was told by her doctor to contact home health care. We were told a nurse and therapist would schedule appointments. The care and personal interest to help (my wife) with daily routines and knowledge to improve her health was extraordinary. Thank you for your friendship and professionalism." W.R. -January 2017
