Who do I contact about my account?

Our business office is staffed by dedicated patient representative who are able to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (405) 742-5300.

How do I get a prescription refilled?

Please bring a list of all medications you are taking each time you come in so that refills can be given to you before you run out. Prescription refills require 24 hour notice.

Is someone available to answer questions after I leave the Cancer Center?

Our dedicated patient representative welcome your questions and are available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to speak with you. Our oncology nurses are also available to answer questions or take a message to the doctor. Just call (405) 742-4930.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

How do I make or change an appointment?

The business office receptionist can make any changes necessary and work with you to reschedule. Please call (405) 742-4930. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How do I reach the doctor after hours or in an emergency?

To reach the doctor after hours, please call the after hours nurse phone at (405) 880-6077 to speak to one of our team members. IF YOU THINK YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 9-1-1 OR GO TO THE NEAREST HOSPITAL.
