Dr. William Moore was raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended undergrad at the University of Dallas, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and then obtained a cross-functional MBA. He went on to obtain a Master of Medical Science and then medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center on an Air Force scholarship. Dr. Moore then served five years as a Captain in the Air Force as a Flight Surgeon, a physician for pilots, and part of the flight crew.  He was stationed in Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Korea and deployed to the Middle East.

Growing up around IT startups, Dr. Moore intends to work as a hospitalist and build a tech company to help improve the technology we use to practice medicine.

Dr. Moore lives in Stillwater with his wife. His wife has built a Yoga and Fitness studio, and they had their child in 2023. They enjoy traveling and fitness.
