Since he began his solo private practice in 1978, Dr. Breedlove has always focused his efforts on the total patient experience. He looks forward every day to potentially saving his patient's lives through skin cancer education, detection, and complete skin cancer removal.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Oklahoma City, Dr. Breedlove completed a rotating internship at the Baptist Medical Center, Oklahoma City. He next completed his three years of dermatology residency training with the Lloyd Noland Foundation, Fairfield, AL, and at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center, Memphis, TN.

He has been an active member of the Stillwater Medical Center Staff since 1981. In addition, Dr. Breedlove has been an active interviewing member of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine Admissions Committee since 1995. Beginning in 1997, and every year since, he has also awarded the Breedlove Medical Externship through the SMC Foundation. During his many years of volunteer work with the Stillwater Community Health Clinic, he was awarded their prestigious Doctor of the Year title.

As world travelers, he and his wife, Debbie, are members of the Travelers' Century Club, having visited more than 100 countries and territories over the globe, including every U.S. state and all Canadian provinces. Dr. Breedlove has continued to officiate high school football since 1967; the longest time of any on-the-field referee in the history of Oklahoma football officiating. The couple has three grown children, Michelle, Allan, and Robbie, and two granddaughters.
