Employee Service Awards and Gift - As employees reach 5-year milestones of employment with Stillwater Medical, they (and a guest) are invited to attend the annual Employee Service Awards event in their honor, at which they are presented with a medallion to recognize their milestone.
Hospital Week - a week-long annual celebration of our amazing healthcare workers in May; includes fun activities, food, contests, prizes, and more!

Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year program - with special recognition and additional perks. You can nominate someone for Employees of the Month by going to the intranet, clicking the Human Resources Tab and clicking the “Employee of the Month Nomination” link. In late November/early December, all team members are sent a link to be able to vote which Employee of the Month they think should be our Stillwater Medical employee of the year.
