April Davis was born in Bryan, Texas but was Stillwater-reared from age 3 on. She earned her BA in Psychology from Oberlin College in 1999. In 2010, April earned her MA and PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology with a Forensic Psychology emphasis. April was named Psychologist of the Month by the Nebraska Psychological Association in June 2014. She was also named the June 2017 Psychologist of the Month and the December Employee of the Month by the Colorado Mental Institute at Pueblo.

In between growing up in Stillwater and graduating from high school in 1995 and returning here in 2020, April lived and worked in Ohio, California, Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, & Colorado. She’s glad to be back home serving the community that helped raise her.
