An advance directive, or living will, allows you to document your decisions about end-of-life care ahead of time. Communicating your wishes in advance helps family, friends and healthcare professionals avoid confusion when difficult emotions are running high. Using the approved legal form provided by the State of Oklahoma, we’ll walk you through each question, giving you ample time and support for all the considerations needed.
