Cara Pence, M.D.

As a general surgeon, Dr. Pence is focused on giving people hope for a healthy future. Her surgical specialties include minimally invasive and robotic, breast cancer, vascular and thyroid. Patients rave about her personal warmth and compassionate care. Dr. Pence has a passion for taking care of breast cancer patients and providing them with the medical care and personal support they need during their treatment. Dr. Pence received her undergraduate degree from Northeastern State University. She then earned her medical degree and completed her residency at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Pence spends time with her husband and three children. Her favorite local charity is the United Way of Payne County and in her spare time, she enjoys gravel biking, geocaching and has a deep love of reading.
