Our Commitment

We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

Conformance Status

At this time, our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some areas of the site may not yet fully meet accessibility standards.

Our Plan for Improvement

We are currently identifying our barriers with a 3rd party  comprehensive accessibility audit in May 2026. Based on those findings, we will address structural and content-related accessibility issues, with targeted improvements planned through July 2026.

Known Accessibility Barriers

Potential accessibility barriers may include:

  • Certain PDF documents.
  • Incomplete alternative text for images; and 
  • Multimedia content may not yet include captions or transcripts.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request that your concern be escalated  to our Patient Representative at (405) 742-5676 for further review.  You may also have the option to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.
