Erin Gutierrez, PA-C RDN

Erin Gutierrez, PA-C, is passionate about helping patients improve their health and quality of life through personalized care and education. Originally from Enid, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University before completing her Master of Arts in Dietetics at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She later earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences.

Before becoming a physician assistant, Erin worked for three years as a dietitian, an experience that inspired her to pursue PA school. Her clinical interests include irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease and the nutritional management of gastrointestinal conditions.

A former college softball player and member of her PA class Academic Bowl team, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and their dog, Mia. Outside of work, she enjoys watching OSU football and softball and is passionate about healthy living through diet and exercise.
