Akin Ogundipe, M.D.

Dr. Ogundipe specializes in internal medicine, hematology (blood) and oncology (cancer). He sits on the oncology advisory board of a number of pharmaceutical companies and is a very active participant in oncology focus groups.

Subsequent to a residency in New York City, Dr. Ogundipe completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at the renowned Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Ogundipe has practiced medicine for over 20 years. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncologists and an affiliate of South West Oncology Group, which conducts clinical trials of new cancer treatments under the auspices of the National Cancer Institute.

Dr. Ogundipe practices a compassionate, interactive style of medicine, collaborating with family and support systems to provide the maximum level of therapeutic care, in addition to physical and emotional support to all of his patients.
