Online Clinic and Hospital Check-in

To enhance your experience and maximize time with your care team, we have implemented an online check-in process across the organization. Appointment confirmations, some forms, and payments can now be completed prior to your visit, at a time convenient for you.

Here’s what to expect: 

• The ability to confirm your appointment via text message.​​
• If we have your email address on file, you will receive an email from MyVisit@Stillwater-Medical.org.
• Reminders 3 days and 1 day ahead of your scheduled test or imaging appointment.​​
• Reminders 8 days and 5 days ahead of your scheduled surgery. ​
• Clinic appointment reminders 5 days out, 2 days out, and the day of your visit.
• Requests to complete forms and co-pays/co-insurance online, before your visit.
