Additional Information
Your Fitness Orientation
What’s most important in getting your health on track? Understanding your health’s current state. Upon joining Total Health, each member undergoes a comprehensive fitness assessment (link to Par Q form). Work with a fitness specialist to learn your body’s current strengths and weaknesses, set goals and create your individualized workout plan. Walk through each exercise with your fitness consultant – learn proper technique, ask questions and get familiar with the equipment. As always, trainers are on the workout floor available to help with any questions at any time. Your comfort, confidence and proper technique are extremely important to us.
Feel great as you then begin your routine, start to see results and gain confidence about your health and appearance. Your Total Health team is ready to tackle all challenges and celebrate each milestone alongside you!
