Cushing Family Practice

Colm McCauley, DO

Dr. McCauley has been practicing family medicine in Cushing since 2005. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine-Tulsa. His training allows the unique combination of principles from both osteopathic and allopathic medicine. He provides a wide range of care including women’s health, osteopathic manipulative treatment, and pediatrics in addition to management of chronic conditions.

Dr. McCauley and his wife Kathy have 3 children and are native to Cushing both graduating from Cushing High School in 1993. He enjoys spending time with his family as well as hunting, fishing, and attending sporting events.

Blaire Blankinship, APRN

Blaire started her nurse practitioner career in 2016 after graduating with her masters of science in nursing from Graceland University. Prior to that, she earned a bachelor’s of science in nursing from University of Oklahoma in 2012 and a bachelor’s of science in biochemistry and molecular biology from Oklahoma State University in 2009.  She is a board certified family nurse practitioner with the AANP.

Blaire worked various positions as a registered nurse from med-surg, ER and care coordination prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. She enjoys preventative care and spending time educating her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with my family and working with the youth at her church. 

Blaire grew up in Cushing and is excited to be practicing full time at Cushing Family Practice.

Amber Reinecke, PA-C

Amber Reinecke is a board certified Physician Assistant.  She has been practicing Family Medicine in Cushing since 2015.  She received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma in 2011. She then earned her Masters of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in 2014. Amber works at Cushing Family Practice. She is happy to see patients of all ages, but has special interest in pediatrics and women’s health.

Amber grew up in Stroud, OK.  She and her husband, Brad, live in Cushing with their young daughter and 4 year old Labrador. She loves spending time with her family and spending time outdoors.
