As a specialist in Internal Medicine, Dr. Oltmanns’ practice has been devoted to not only diagnosis and treatment, but also preventive healthcare for patients aged adolescent through adult. He has been in practice in Stillwater since 1990.
Born and raised in Stillwater, Dr. Oltmanns received his undergraduate degree at Oklahoma State University in Animal Science and Pre-Medical Health. He graduated from medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. His internship and residency were also completed at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. He is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians
Dr. Oltmanns has previously served as Chief of Staff of Stillwater Medical Center, Chairman of the Board of Oklahoma Foundation for Medical Quality, and President of Payne Pawnee Noble Medical Society. Additionally, he has served on the board of the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, Stillwater United Way, and as a church council member of Salem Lutheran Church.
Dr. Oltmanns and his wife Lori have two children, Michael and Carly. Outside of the office, he enjoys golf, volleyball, gardening and OSU sports.
