Dr. Cecil was born in North Dakota but moved to Oklahoma at the age of 4. Dr. Cecil earned Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and in Microbiology and completed his Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Oklahoma State University. He earned his MD from the University of Oklahoma and completed his residency training at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. Dr. Cecil enjoys seeing patients of all ages. His hobbies include fishing, playing softball, water sports, and enjoying family time.
