The outpatient infusion clinic is a specialized clinic designed to meet the infusion needs of self-care, ambulatory patients. The care team includes registered nurses and pharmacists. Outpatient infusion therapy is provided on a scheduled basis. Services include insertion, maintenance and removal of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICC), care, maintenance of other central catheters, administration of intravenous medications that are not routinely self-administered but do not require inpatient hospitalization for administration, administration of intramuscular injections.
The outpatient infusion clinic is located at Stillwater Cancer Center (1201 W. 6th Ave, Stillwater, OK).
