Jerry Moeller, F.A.C.H.E, President and Chief Executive Officer
Jerry Moeller joined Stillwater Medical Center in November 1994 as President and Chief Executive Officer and has served in that capacity for over sixteen years. Under his leadership, Stillwater Medical Center has become a dominant healthcare provider in northern Oklahoma. A provider of excellence, SMC has been awarded the 1997 Oklahoma Quality Award, the 2004 and 2005 Top 100 Performance Improvement Leader Awards, and the 2006 Cleverly 5-Star Hospital Award.
Moeller started his hospital career at Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City and has over thirty years experience in hospital management. Prior to coming to Stillwater Medical Center, he served as Administrator at both Bristol Regional Medical Center and the Medical Center of Baton Rouge, where he built replacement facilities at both locations. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Tulsa and his M.S. in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University.
Moeller is active in numerous professional organizations, and has served as Past President for the Voluntary Hospitals of America Oklahoma/Arkansas as well as the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce.
Moeller and his wife, Barbara, have two grown children.
Liz Michael, VP, Patient Care Services / CNO

Liz Michael came to serve as Stillwater Medical Center's Vice President of Care Services after her leadership as Director of Medical and Surgical Services at Deaconess Hospital. She also has more than a decade of experience at Norman Regional Hospital in nursing and management roles. In 2008, she was appointed to the Oklahoma Board of Nursing by Governor Brad Henry and will remain active in that appointment until 2013.
From an OSU-OKC associate's degree in nursing to a Southern Nazarene University (SNU) bachelor's degree in nursing as well as an SNU master's degree in management, Michael is committed to constant learning and growth. She has also studied in the nursing administration program at Oklahoma City University. She is certified in Nursing Administration.
Her passion for patient care and excellence are apparent in each interaction. She says, "We are so fortunate to have a community focused hospital in Stillwater that has such a family atmosphere, while still providing great care. It is an honor and a privilege to be at Stillwater Medical Center. The employees here are phenomenal. We're proud of our constant advancements and great new services such as our Wound Care Center. We also have new physicians coming to town to be part of this team. We are truly state-of-the-art. We provide quality care and strive to become better every day!"
Born and raised in Moore, Oklahoma where her parents still reside, Michael is now married to Steve and they enjoy their adult children. She enjoys music and loves to sing and participate in Community Theater. Other hobbies include reading, caring for her small dogs, working in the yard and being with family.
Denise Webber, VP, Administrative Services

Prior to coming to Stillwater Medical Center, Webber earned her B.S. in Sports Medicine at Oklahoma State University and her M.S. in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University. Webber is active in community and currently serves as the chair of the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce.
Alan Lovelace, Chief Financial Officer
Alan Lovelace came to Stillwater from Shelbyville, Tennessee where he was the CFO at Heritage Medical Center. Originally a native of Arkansas, Lovelace has 16 years of healthcare finance experience. He spent 12 years with Baptist of Memphis and four years as part of CHS, an investor-owned health system.
Lovelace said there were several reasons why he chose to come to Stillwater, including the "passionate leadership"of his fellow administrative council members. “They know the healthcare business very well and have a strong desire for Stillwater Medical Center to serve people of this area with excellence,” said Lovelace. “I want to be a part of building programs and services that will benefit this community for generations to come.”
Lovelace and his wife, Sheila, have three children.
Steven Taylor, Assistant Administrator
Steven Taylor currently serves Stillwater Medical Center as Assistant Administrator. Taylor joined the SMC team in 1997 as the Safety Officer after earning his bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection & Safety from Oklahoma State University. Within two years, he was promoted to Director of Facilities Management, where he worked and led for twelve years.
Taylor has played an integral role in multiple expansion and remodel construction projects at Stillwater Medical Center. With his help, these projects provided an opportunity to expand services and implement new technology to better serve patients. Taylor states, "It's great to be part of an organization that has a commitment to keep the facilities up to date to provide the best services possible for the community."
Taylor was born and raised on his family farm in southwest Oklahoma where his parents still reside. He and his wife, Nicole, have two children. Taylor is actively involved in the Stillwater community including service on the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters, acting Environmental Advisor for the City Council and organization of the United Way Day of Caring event.
