Elizabeth Carradini grew up in Verdigris, Oklahoma, and received her BSN from the University of Tulsa in 2016 and her Doctorate from Oklahoma City University in 2020. She’s a firm believer in treating the whole person, which is what led her to medicine and wound care. Wound care is a wonderful example of how all the systems that make up our bodies need to be in sync for healing to occur optimally.

Since 2017, she has been the nurse at Make Promises Happen (MPH), a program of Central Oklahoma Camp & Conference Center that’s dedicated to providing outdoor recreational opportunities for individuals with special needs.

When she’s not at work or at camp, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, gardening and collecting exotic plants, antiquing, reading, traveling, and watching horror movies.
