Dr. Horner has been a part of the Medical Team at Stillwater Medical Center for 10 years.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from the University of Arkansas. He completed his medical degree at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He was introduced to Oklahoma and met his wife Anna while completing his radiology residency training at Oklahoma Health Science Center.  He then completed fellowship training in Body Imaging at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. 

Outside of work, Dr. Horner enjoys reading, hunting and spending time with his family.
