Our business office is staffed by dedicated patient representative who are able to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (405) 742-5300.

How do I get a prescription refilled?

Please call your doctor or pharmacy for all refill requests.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday for scheduled procedures? We are closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

How do I make or change an appointment?

In order to cancel or change an schedule procedure, please call your surgeon's office.

How do I reach the doctor after hours or in an emergency?

To reach the doctor after hours, please call Stillwater Medical Center at (405) 372-1480, and one of our staff members will be paged and will return your call. IF YOU THINK YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 9-1-1 OR GO TO THE NEAREST HOSPITAL.
