Cardio-Kickboxing

This is a fast paced, action-packed high-energy class that combines the intensity and quick movements of kickboxing with strength exercises, circuit training, and endurance drills to improve your agility, cardiovascular fitness and give you an intense total body workout. Classes are 60 minutes featuring a variety of punch combinations, kicks, knee strikes and other self-defense actions done to high energy music on free-standing heavy bags.

It is suggested that participants wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement in your arms and legs; we recommend comfortable exercise pants/shorts and a non-restricting shirt. Non-marking shoes are required in our aerobics room and boxing gloves are provided to the first 10 participants. Our Cardio-kickboxing class is scheduled at 10:00 am Tuesdays and Thursdays.
