Dr. Thomas Karns

Dr. Tom Karns was born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma. He attended Oklahoma State University graduating with a B.S. in Physiology. He went on to receive his M.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, graduating in the top 10% of his class. He completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Oklahoma- Tulsa. After residency, Dr. Karns soon joined Stillwater Women's Clinic where he continues to enjoy an active, general obstetrics and gynecology practice.

Dr. Karns has been board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynocologists. He has served as Chief of Staff at Stillwater Medical Center and his interests include minimally invasive gynecological surgery, general obstetrics and infertility.

Outside the office, Dr. Karns is an elder at Grace Stillwater Church [PCA] and has served the last 15 years on the state board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He enjoys golfing, boating, and OSU sports. He served as the co-chair for the Oklahoma Wondertorium’s capital campaign.

Dr. Karns is married to his best friend, the former Marcia Blevins. They proudly raised two children in Stillwater, Elizabeth and Bryan, and are blessed by two granddaughters, Maggie and Greta.
