Some of life’s most difficult decisions occur when the “what if” or “can you imagine” becomes reality. That’s why Stillwater Medical Center offers a team of caring, experienced professionals to help you with the careful decisions involved with end-of-life care.

An advance directive, or living will, allows you to document your decisions about end-of-life care ahead of time. Communicating your wishes in advance helps family, friends and healthcare professionals avoid confusion when difficult emotions are running high.

Using the approved legal form provided by the State of Oklahoma, we’ll walk you through each question, giving you ample time and support for all the considerations needed. If needed, let our discharge planners connect you with home health needs including the great advisors at Cimarron Medical Services or any social service assistance such as Mobile Meals and more.
