Rehabilitation Services
Our goal at Total Health is to make your rehabilitation experience enjoyable and seamless. Your first visit with us will begin with a one-on-one meeting with a licensed therapist to discuss your goals and develop a treatment plan to help you reach them. Then, our only focus is working right beside you to make sure you reach your highest level of function possible.
Depending on your needs, your treatment plan may include: muscle strengthening, pain relief due to a prior injury or surgery, improved mobility, interventions geared toward daily functional independence and one-on-one education.
