Who do I contact about my account?

As part of the Stillwater Medical Center family, our Central Business Office is staffed by dedicated patient representative who are able to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (405) 742-5300.

How do I get a prescription refilled?

Prescription refills can be obtained by contacting your pharmacy.

Is someone available to answer questions after I leave the clinic?

Our staff is available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to speak with you about any concerns you might have regarding your appointment.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

How do I reach the doctor after hours or in an emergency?

To reach the doctor after hours, please call Stillwater Medical Center at (405) 372-1480, and one of our staff members will be paged and will return your call. IF YOU THINK YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 9-1-1 OR GO TO THE NEAREST HOSPITAL.
