Our business office is staffed by dedicated patient representative who are able to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (405) 742-5300.
How do I get a prescription refilled?
Please call your pharmacy for all refill requests.
What are your business hours?
We are open on Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
How do I reach the provider after hours or in an emergency?
